A booking system has been introduced to cater for the increase in membership. We now use the LTA's ClubSpark system. You will have been sent a link to access this system via your LTA username and password. If you have not booked and the courts are free, you can use them but if someone arrives who has booked you will need to leave that court. ClubSpark's privacy policy can be found here.
Court Booking System Rules
1. Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance. 2. All adults over the age of 18 will be added to the booking system. 3. Booking sessions are in 1 hour slots, so you can book for a 1, 2 or 3 hour session. 4. Cancel any bookings straight away, as soon as you know you can't make the session, to allow others to book the court. 5. All set club sessions and external fixtures will be added by the committee to the system so you can see when these are. Please do come along to sessions appropriate to you. 6. Please always wear appropriate tennis/ sport clothing and non-marking tennis shoes or trainers. Please ensure these are clean, particularly on the tiger turf courts 1&2 as these can be badly damaged by mud. Junior and mini members We will not add junior and mini members onto the booking system unless you want us to and give us permission. They would then be added with a parent email, and the parent would book the court for them. Please email [email protected] if you would like your under 18 child to be added to the booking system. If they are not on the booking system, they can turn up and play on courts 3-6 if free. If the court is free at about 10 past the hour (eg 15:10) it should be free until 16:00. If you decide you would like us to add their names to the booking system; For junior members’ bookings (whose parents are not members) please book courts 5 or 6, or courts 3 or 4 if these are full. Juniors (over 10s) should be playing with other juniors. If parents who are not members want to play with them, there is a £5 non-member fee (see payment details below). For Minis (under 10s) (parents not members). Parents can book a court and play with them at no extra charge. Please use courts 5&6 and book for not more than 1 hour.
Guests may be introduced by members at £5 each per day (£2.50 for juniors and students), paying at the Club Bar at the time or at the next opportunity if the bar is not open, or to a committee member. A guest may not play more than four times a year.
